Webinar - Selling children's footwear into Europe

This webinar is for designers, manufacturers and suppliers of all types of children’s footwear sold into Europe. 

Join SATRA's footwear team for a Members only webinar focusing on risk and testing to the EN 71 series of standards.

Footwear expert Mark Southam will discuss how the General Safety Product Directive affects children’s footwear and the importance of carrying out risk assessments and appropriate physical testing.

Emma Norris, an expert from SATRA’s chemistry team, will take you through EN 71-safety of toys, including physical testing under EN 71-1, flammability under EN 71-2 and migration of certain elements (toxicity) under EN 71-3 and their application to children’s footwear.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the webinar.
