SATRA footwear expert Mark Southam will discuss the importance of testing footwear and the procedures used. He will highlight the key reasons why testing is an essential part of a supply chain’s quality programme in order to provide due diligence and complaint and reject analysis, in addition to fulfilling legal obligations.

Mark will also review the importance of laboratory accreditation, consider what measures must be put in place to supply reliable test results, and explain some of the most important safety critical tests conducted.
