There are many different types of rubber solings in common use. These include vulcanised rubbers (solid and expanded), crepe rubber, hard 'resin' rubber and also 'thermoplastic' rubber. How are these produced and what specific properties do they offer footwear? Guidance is given to footwear end-uses and also on how to ensure they perform to customers' expectations.

This seminar will be held in the afternoon and will be open to members only.
