Selecting models for footwear fit assessment

How to select suitable model wearers in order to gain a representative assessment of the fitting properties of footwear.

When undertaking a fit assessment, it is the assessor who should make the final judgement on the fit – not the model. The assessor should take account of verbal feedback from the model on the fit of the footwear, but then must allow for differences between the model’s foot dimensions and the target dimensions.
