The link between comfort and sales – part 1

Comfort is key to customer satisfaction and, therefore, to sales. According to the United Kingdom Customer Satisfaction Index, a customer satisfied with a purchase is 50 per cent more likely to go on to make subsequent purchases, and with 24 per cent leading into brand loyalty (actively seeking further purchases for two years).
