SAFT USA module 5.2: quality assurance

This module will provide participants with an understanding of the purpose, organization and content of a quality management system, and an appreciation of how to apply this to their own company needs.

It will also give an understanding of the factors affecting the choice of a supplier, the implications for the resourcing company and assessment of a supplier’s manufacturing plant. Module 5.2 covers the requirements of ISO 9001 and basic auditing against this particular standard.

Depending upon the location of the course, a practical audit may be undertaken.
