REACH seminar

Compliance officers may request information about the chemical substances present in your products, so it is crucial to understand your legal responsibilities. On 12th December, SATRA’s REACH seminar will provide a clear understanding of what is applicable for consumer goods. Mark Gardiner, a former Senior Trading Standards Officer now working for Market Surveillance Specialists, will present a session on market surveillance to complement sessions that will explain SVHC obligations, Annex XVII, the new entry 72 (which introduces restrictions on 33 substances), and demonstrating compliance.

To ensure all in attendance have the opportunity to raise relevant issues, there will be plenty of time for questions throughout the day and the number of delegates is limited to 15.
