Webinar - Testing Gloves for Food Contact

Martin Heels, SATRA’s Head of Chemistry, will present an introduction to the protective glove webinar series to explain the topics that will be covered and give details on the European glove testing methods.

The main topic for the first webinar in the series will be an insight into the background, legislative requirements and testing procedures regarding gloves for food contact applications. The framework regulations 1935/2004 and how the food contact requirements for plastics (EU Regulation 10/2011) can be applied to gloves will be explained by Emma Norris, the technologist team leader in SATRA’s chemical and analytical technology group.
