These substances are regulated by the Stockholm Convention and the Aarhus protocol, the EU implementation of this worldwide legislation is the POPs regulation (EU) No 2019/1021 and in this webinar we will cover these European requirements.
This regulation aims to put restrictions on these harmful substances to manage the risks associated with these. These substances can be classified as pesticides, industrial chemicals and unintentional by-products from industry.
