Chemical compliance for the furniture and furnishings industry

This seminar is aimed at manufacturers, distributors and retailers of furniture and furnishings within the UK and EU. It will focus on the legal responsibilities of various operators within the supply chain, particularly with regard to compliance with REACH and UK REACH. There will be a discussion on high-risk restricted substances relevant to furnishings and effective testing strategies. This one-day seminar will be held at SATRA’s headquarters in Kettering, and will be ideal for technologists, designers or buyers with all levels of experience.

To help consolidate all the information absorbed during the day, the event will finish with a practical exercise and Q&A session.

Registration will be at 09.45 and the day will conclude at 16.00.  There will be an opportunity for individual discussions after the formal sessions end.
