A seminar for manufacturers, importers and retailers covering all they need to know about chemicals legislation for products intended for the EU market - this seminar will put the often confusing European REACH Regulation into perspective and offer a practical way forward.
The European REACH regulation (1607/2006) is now a reality and has been expanded to encompass the restrictions that have previously been issued under previous European directives.

If any of the following questions are relevant to yourself or your organisation, please either book onto the course or contact John Hubbard (details on the right of this page) to discuss the suitability of this course for your needs, or discuss other REACH-related services offered by SATRA.

Am I responsible for REACH compliance in the supply chain?
How are my products affected?
What are my responsibilities to my customers?
How I do identify which materials may contain harmful chemicals?
What steps can I take to control chemicals in my products?
How is REACH enforced?
What do I do I need to do right now?

Topics covered:

Benefits

This seminar is intended to help anyone within the supply chain understand their responsibilities, have the knowledge to manage the issues raised, and to take account of REACH legislation, as well as developing areas of legislation in the global market. Moreover, it will provide a better understanding of SATRA's own chemical analytical testing to ensure products meet the requirements of current legislation.

The seminar will also give delegates a chance to discuss the possibility of a REACH consultancy programme specific to their own needs.
