SATRA launches post-lockdown due diligence package

SATRA is now offering packages of key tests conducted on finished footwear

Although due diligence testing is vital at any time, the many pressures facing manufacturers to maintain product quality while achieving their original delivery dates has led to such assessment becoming even more important. With technical teams often unable to travel, the risk of quality and process issues arising within a company’s footwear production has increased and this, in turn, means that due diligence should be focused on key quality and safety critical areas where problems may occur.

SATRA is now offering packages of key tests conducted on finished footwear, which include collection from store or a distribution centre in the UK. With separate options for men’s, women’s and children’s footwear, this provision embraces all the safety critical and quality tests that are identified by SATRA’s team of experts as applicable for the submitted style.
