SATRA shares new corporate video

SATRA has produced a video that explores how we have continued to support our members and wider industry throughout the coronavirus pandemic and the impact of BREXIT.

The video features our executive team explaining various innovations SATRA has made over the past 12 months, with CEO John Hooker providing an overview of our operations and the obstacles we have had to navigate.

Michael Bodsworth, Executive Director, then explains how we’ve supported the footwear industry specifically, such as through the development of fitting aids while fitting on human subjects has been interrupted.

Also featured are Hanks Lei, Factory Services Manager, who discusses how we have responded to restrictions on international travel by offering factory services from our China location; while Simon Courtney, Divisional Manager - PPE, and Donna Jawo, Sales & Administration Manager, cover developments in the PPE business area including responding to the urgent need to test safety eyewear and visors.
